Being an apprentice at the The Tea Room QVB has helped me grow in ways I never expected. Every day I’m learning new skills, building my knowledge, and continuing to grow my passion for the industry. From preparing beautiful high teas to helping with large functions, I get to experience so many different parts of the kitchen.

Not only have I learnt so much about pastry and cakes, but also about what goes on behind the scenes to run a successful business. I’m so grateful to be surrounded by such supportive and talented people who are always willing to teach and encourage me. Feeling very lucky to be learning and growing in a place that inspires me every day. 🤍✨
